We recommend you book 4-6 weeks ahead of time. This will give you a better chance of getting the date and time of your choice. If you have a last minute party request, feel free to call us and we would love to accommodate you if we can.

WHAT DAYS AND HOURS DO YOU DO PARTIES?
We host parties on Friday and Saturday. Friday: 4:30-6:30p, 7-9p, and 9:30-11:30p Saturday: 10a-12p, 12:30-2:30p, 3-5p, 5:30- 7:30, and 8-10p
If these times do not work for you, please feel free to call and inquire a different time, if possible, we will accommodate your request.

HOW DO I BOOK A PARTY?
We require a 75.00 deposit to secure your party date and time. Payment for the deposit may be secured at Sparkling Tiara or over the phone. The remaining balance less the deposit is due on the day of the party.

We can accommodate from 6-16 guests.

HOW DO I DETERMINE THE FINAL HEAD COUNT FOR THE PARTY?
Because people often do not RSVP, we have changed our invites to regrets only. The count you provide us 48 hrs prior to your party determines the guaranteed rsvp. If the number of children attending the party is over the rsvp, we will add the additional attendees cost to the final total.

CAN PARENTS STAY FOR THE PARTY?
As long as there is adequate room available, we have no problem with an audience.

WHAT IF I NEED TO CHANGE MY PARTY DATE OR CANCEL THE PARTY?
If you must cancel your party for any reason, you will receive your deposit back if it is more than 30 days prior to the party date. If you must cancel with less than 30 days notice, you will not receive your deposit back. We will, however, be happy to reschedule your party within a 6 week period.

WHAT HAPPENS IN THE EVENT OF INCLEMENT WEATHER?
We are devoted to the safety of party guests and the hosts. If the roads are unsafe, we will make arrangements to schedule a new date and time. If we cannot accommodate you with a new date and time, your deposit will be refunded.

WHAT SHOULD BE DONE FOR A CHILD THAT HAS FOOD ALLERGIES?
It will be your responsibility to check for food allergies and to inform us of any concerns. If a guest should have severe allergies that we are unable to accommodate then either you or the child’s parent should provide alternate refreshments for that child.

You’re welcome to use your own decorations and/or paper products in the party room.

HOW IS MAKE-UP APPLIED AND HAIR STYLED?
Makeup is applied with disposable applicators. The same applicator is never used twice. Mascara and eyeliner are not used. When styling hair, the staff uses anti-bacterial gel in-between guests. Any combs used are given as favors for the girls to take home. Hair ties and bobby pins are for each guest to keep, as they are never reused.

Yes…you can videotape and take pictures.

ADDITIONAL POLICIES:
Customer agrees to hold and keep harmless Sparkling Tiara and its employees from any and all property damages and/or bodily injury damage caused by the customer’s guests, or other persons attending party. Customer agrees to not hold Sparkling Tiara responsible for inclement weather or other acts of God that may cause
the cancellation of the party. Should something of this nature cause the cancellation of the party, Sparkling Tiara shall apply any remaining monies due to another party date and location that is mutually agreeable to both parties. You, as the Client, also assume all liability and responsibility for allergic reactions or any other medical reaction stemming from the menu, wearing of costumes or any activity taken place before, during or after the party.
