Sparkling Tiara Royal Appearances: Join Us at Platinum Dance Studio’s Golf Tournament

St. Paddy’s is over, but locals are still thinking green in preparation for the Platinum Dance Studio Golf Fundraiser. The Sparkling Tiara family is counting down to a very special tee time this Friday, March 22nd at Windtree Golf Course to help Platinum Dance Studio raise funds for the 2013 National Dance Competition in Panama City.

Come out and feel the sun on your face, the wind in your hair, and the Sparkle at the 9th hole!  Look for our signature pink tent, flashy smiles, refreshing bottled water, and delicious pink treats all provided by our charming princesses and divas. Lunch and registration begin at 12pm, and tee time is at 1:30pm. All golfers are invited to participate in this event. The $75 registration fee includes lunch and a gift bag for each golfer. There will be 1st, 2nd, and 3rd place prizes as well as multiple contests – including the chance to win $1000 for a hole in one. If you want to offer support, but don’t wish to compete in the golf tournament – Platinum Dance is also happily accepting donations.

Even if you’re not a golfer, you’re welcome to join us and view the festivities. Don’t miss this chance to support a great local business that’s always geared towards helping students put their best foot forward with high kicks, spins, jumps, pliés and more! Our friends at Platinum provide students with the opportunity to express themselves through dance while enjoying the benefits of a supportive, uplifting environment.

Platinum’s dedication to high standards and positive experiences is apparent in their extensive list of accomplishments. Now it’s time for the community to support Platinum Dance on the road to 2013 Nationals. Sparkling Tiara is wholeheartedly supporting this effort because, like Platinum Dance Studio, we believe in the long lasting impact of constructive extra-curricular activities for students. We’re proud that youth in our community have made a long term commitment to hone their talents, work together, and achieve the goal of competing at a National Competition.

We can’t wait to add some of our signature sparkle to a day of fun and – hopefully – holes in one! Don’t forget to stop by the 9th hole, say hello, and grab some refreshments and a brochure about our princess, diva, and queen parties.

Sparkling Resolutions for the New Year from Sparkling Tiara!!!

What an exciting holiday season we’ve had!  It’s been so much fun and it’s not over yet.  Of course, before this year signs off, we should veer our thoughts to the year ahead.  Why not add some sparkling “resolutions” into the mix?

We here at Sparkling Tiara are honored to have shared so many fun adventures with you this past year and our own #1 New Year’s Resolution is to serve you even better in 2012.  And what’s more, we’d like to help you with some of your own resolutions – we have some great ideas to help you get started.

So go ahead and grab your favorite Sparkling Tiara notepad and we’ll begin.  Don’t worry if you don’t happen to have one because we have whimsical notepads galore.  There’s surely a special one waiting here just for you.

Now on to some sparkling suggestions:

1 – Keep a Journal: a private place to scribe secrets and jot down dreams is a must for anyone who wonders.  A journal or diary is the perfect place to share thoughts and hopes for the year ahead.  A treasured “home” for your meaningful meanderings and poetic verses awaits you here at Sparkling Tiara.  And, perhaps adding a book or two to your collection from our inspirational section will add grist to your writing mill!

2 – Treat Yourself to a Diva Day of Luxury: there’s nothing like a warm bubble bath soak to help the body relax and encourage the mind to roam peacefully.  Sparkling Tiara has a full selection of luxurious bath products guaranteed to help you unwind and renew your spirit.  Don’t forget to add some sparkling body lotion for that finishing silky touch.

Is there anything better than the color pink?  Well around here, we don’t think so.  Especially, when it’s Pink Friday at Sparkling Tiara!

Friday, November 25, 2011, Sparkling Tiara is celebrating its first anniversary.  We’ve dubbed it Pink Friday and shopping will never be the same again!

All the panache and “pinkness” begins early this Friday at 6:00 am and lasts all day!  There’ll be delicious coffee, yummy hot chocolate, and sweet pink treats for everyone to enjoy – just another scrumptious reason to start this day of non-stop shopping on Pink-Friday at Sparkling Tiara.

Experience the Excitement: Visit Sparkling Tiara at the 2011 Wilson Living Expo

Get ready for some fun and excitement – it’s time for the third annual Holiday Expo hosted by Wilson Living Magazine!  We here at Sparking Tiara are gearing up and gathering our wares with great anticipation!  The Mill At Lebanon will certainly be a buzz this weekend with great holiday shopping revelry for the entire family!

Sparkling Tiara will be showcasing all our wonderful products!  We’ll have Christmas bows that sparkle and bow holders to keep them in place.  And that’s just the beginning!  There’ll be something for everyone.   It’s getting a wee bit cold out there, and a new hat or headband paired with a lively scarf might be just the remedy for you or someone on your holiday shopping list.  And don’t overlook our enchanting apparel for the younger set: an assortment of tiaras (of course) and tutus that will make your little dancer shine.  Our display will also include memory boards on which to gather all those treasured moments.

And there’ll be more – much more – at the Sparkling Tiara booth.  Is someone on your gift-giving list hinting at a brand new backpack?  If so, you’ll find bags galore to choose from!  Our selection includes backpacks that will suit every personality and ditty bags of just the right size for those must-have special carry-along items.  Our list of fun and functional products and gift items goes on and on.  A visit to our booth will prove to be an experience your entire family will be sure to enjoy!

All the fun begins tonight, with a pre-gala holiday party starting at 6 pm.  Tickets at the door are only $8.00 per person and entitle you to experience all the happenings, including delicious light appetizers and festive beverages.  As a bonus, the first thousand people to make it through the doors will receive a Wilson Living Shopping Bag, so make sure that you come early and are revved up to enjoy evening!

Twinkle twinkle little tot… Toys for Tots!

Sparkling Tiara is proud to announce our participation in the Marine Toys for Tots program.  While we love helping people have fun, as we approach the season of giving, we realize the importance of supporting causes that will make a difference in the lives of our children.  We cannot think of anything more important than each girl and boy getting a new toy for Christmas, and Toys for Tots is the organization that will make that happen.

The Marine Toys for Tots Foundation is a well-respected charity organization that has a long history of delivering toys to children in need.  The first campaign in 1947, local to Los Angeles, was so successful that what is now known as Toys for Tots was fully functioning across the states in 1948.  Today, Toys for Tots has operations in all states, as well as D.C. and Puerto Rico.

Visit the Toys for Tots website and learn not only about the history and philanthropy of this organization, but also about the dedication of all who help in this worthy cause.  When you read of the goals of Toys for Tots, we think this quote from the website says it best: “The goal is to deliver a message of hope, which will build self-esteem and, in turn, motivate needy children to grow into responsible, productive, patriotic citizens and community leaders. A shiny new toy is the best means of accomplishing this goal.”

Let’s all do what we can to help meet these goals!  We encourage everyone to partake in this worthy cause, to buy a new toy, and make some special child very happy.

Sparkling Tiara is a local drop-off point for the Toys for Tots program in Mt. Juliet.  We have convenient business hours, Monday through Thursday 10am – 7pm, and Friday and Saturday 9am – 7pm.  So stop by today, visit with us, and drop a toy in the Toys for Tots box!
